Number Translation Service (NTS) enables organisations to manage their incoming calls more efficiently. Typically you choose a number starting with 0845, 0844, 0870 or 0871 and then decide where the call should be directed to, your mobile phone, the office, or another location.

Call routing can be self-administered via an easy to use secure web interface, so that you can make changes to your call routing quickly and easily.
